About Underbook
Underbook Appraisals Ltd. provides independent private vehicle appraisals throughout British Columbia for PST purposes. Our appraisal process is designed around BC requirements for private-sale vehicle appraisals, including FIN 320 and, where applicable, FIN 355 documentation.
Every request is reviewed before Underbook asks for payment. Underbook asks for payment only if the appraisal appears worthwhile, and you see the estimated PST savings and the exact fee before deciding whether to proceed.
