FIN 320 is the BC government’s Motor Vehicle Appraisal form — a single document, not your entire appraisal package. Here’s what it is, who completes it, and what your Autoplan broker does and doesn’t decide when you register.

Form, not package
FIN 320 is a single government form representing the final private-sale retail value of your vehicle — it is never itself called a “package” in any government source. Your complete signed appraisal from Underbook includes the completed FIN 320 along with the supporting documentation behind it; you bring both together, not FIN 320 alone.
Who completes it
BC’s rules allow FIN 320 to be completed by a registered motor dealer, a similarly authorized out-of-jurisdiction dealer, or a person whose business it is to appraise motor vehicles.

What this does and doesn’t confirm
